Betbull Appoints New Directors

betbull plc - one of Europe's leading retail bookmakers - announces that it has appointed two new directors to the board: Simon Fielder and David De Marco.

Simon Fielder (36), partner at international law firm Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, was appointed on 13 September 2006 as a non-executive director. Simon Fielder is a corporate securities lawyer by training. He specialises in advising on both mergers and acquisitions and equity financings and has specific experience in working with companies in the gaming sector.

David De Marco (45), director of Primebet International Limited, has been appointed Group Finance Director. David De Marco is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Public Accountant by profession. His areas of expertise include retail, gaming and regulatory.

betbull also announces that Lorne Abony and Andrew Rivkin, both of Fun Technology, stepped down as non-executive directors. As betbull has completed the transformation to a retail betting company they intend to focus on other initiatives.
