MotorCity Closes for Electrical Work

As reported by the Detroit News: "The MotorCity Casino will shut its doors for 6½ hours Tuesday morning while utility lines are tied into the casino's $300 million expansion project that includes a 400-room hotel and entertainment center.

"The 75,000-square-foot casino, at the corner of Grand River Avenue and the Lodge Expressway just north of the downtown area, will close from 1:30 a.m. to about 8 a.m. on Tuesday…"
