As reported by the Cincinnati Business Journal: "Columbia Sussex, which will add more employees when it acquires Aztar Corp., plans to build a $15 million headquarters in Crestview Hills. The plan was approved by the Crestview Hills Board of Adjustments Tuesday.
"The hotel and
casino operator had already outgrown its 30,000-square-foot Fort Mitchell building, and will boost its corporate headquarters staff to 200 from 120 when its $2.75 billion purchase of Aztar is complete, according to published reports. The company also wants to consolidate corporate employees located in other states to the new headquarters.
"…Columbia Sussex owns 83 hotels and seven
casinos and is the largest licensee of Marriott Hotels in the nation."
