Pennsylvania Lottery Gambling on American Idol Scratch Off Tickets

American Idol has been a phenomenon that no person can understand. The show is the top rated show on T.V., the tour sells out nationwide, and the stars go on to big recording careers.

The Pennsylvania Lottery has decided if that kind of fame works for American Idol, it should have an effect on gamblers in the state.

People in Pennsylvania can now go out and buy a $5 lottery ticket with the title "American Idol". The ticket is an instant win scratch off that could make gamblers happy with its payouts.

To market the new lottery tickets, are traveling the state and setting up shop in malls. Karaoke events are being held at these malls for people who want to try and show off their singing skills. This Saturday, the marketing strategy rolls into Harrisburg. The first fifty people to attend the event will receive one of the new tickets for free.

The only catch to participating in one of the singing events around the state, is a person must be eighteen years or older. That is to correspond with the legal gambling age.
