Las Vegas casinos apparently liked the results they received by bringing legal action against former basketball star Charles Barkley. Once Barkley paid his debt, they moved on to Adam Jones.

Now, the Wynn Las Vegas casino is going after another celebrity. Joe Francis made millions by gambling on half naked girls with his 'Girls Gone Wild' empire. Apparently, he lost a couple of those millions gambling at the Wynn and has not paid them.

The Wynn is suing Francis for $2 million in gambling debts that stem from February of last year. Francis' attorney claims the casino and his client had an arrangement to pay off the debt.

"The Wynn has chosen not to honor its agreement to apply certain discounts to balances they have already paid for," said Francis. He will not only fight the charges, but also has plans on, "exposing how exactly Mr. Wynn deceives his high end customers."

It is customary for Las Vegas casinos to give credit markers to high end customers. Instead of having the customers bring millions into the casino, they simply give them credit and get paid back at a later date.

In this case, Francis claims an arrangement was made, but Wynn insists that the debt has gone on too long. "We don't file lawsuits against people after 30,60,90 days. This has been an issue with our collections department for some time," said Wynn Las Vegas spokeswoman Jennifer Dunne.
