The spotlight over the past two weeks has been on the World Series of Poker Main Event. Players came in from all over the world to compete, and finally the final table was set.

That did not signal the end of the Series, however. There still was one more event to be held. The last event of the tournament was the Casino Employees No-Limit Hold'em tournament.

The tournament held a $500 buy-in and began on Monday. Play continued through Tuesday with 930 entrants battling for a piece of the prize money.

In the end, Jonathan Kotula took home the top prize of $87,929. He also won the last bracelet of the 2008 WSOP until the Main Event bracelet is given out in November.

Kevin O'Harra finished the tournament as the runner up. He was rewarded with $56,748. Glenda Harrell was the third place finisher, winning $34,107.

The Main Event has now been suspended until November 9th. The participants at the final table will have a couple of months to ponder how they will attack their opponents at that final table.

Many of the players will receive playing tips from professional players. They will be trying to pick up as many little tips as possible before returning to Las Vegas to play for $9 million.
