As reported by Viet Nam Net: "Kamal Armel, executive director of Singapore-based Riard, the marketing agent of Rick Lee, confirmed to the Daily last Thursday that the Malaysian company had bought the ground-floor casino from the Korean owner.

"Armel did not reveal the takeover cost of the Jockey Club Saigon, whose previous name was Club Try 9, but said Rick Lee had spent US$1.5mil on importing 65 new machines from Australia to attract more players.

"Armel said the Jockey Club had 25 new slot machines and electronic gambling tables, such as roulette, baccarat, poker and blackjack…"
