VendingData, Elixir Group Sign Exclusive Deal

VendingData(TM) Corporation (Amex: VNX), revealed today that the exclusive distribution agreement for its high frequency Dolphin RFID casino chip into certain casino properties in Macau and non-exclusive rights elsewhere in Asia, signed February 28, 2006, is with Elixir Group Limited ("Elixir"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Melco International Development Limited ("Melco") (HKSE:200 HK). Elixir is rapidly emerging as the leading gaming equipment and technology solutions provider in Asia.

The three-year agreement, which carries an automatic renewal clause, gives Elixir an exclusive, non-transferable right to promote, sell and distribute the VendingData(TM) Dolphin RFID Casino Chip into the significant majority of casino properties in Macau. Elixir was also granted the non-exclusive right to market and distribute the Dolphin chips outside of the exclusive territory. Elixir also agreed not to make or distribute any RFID casino chips that compete with the VendingData(TM) products during the life of the agreement.

Elixir, a member of the Melco Group, is a premier gaming equipment and technology provider offering its gaming clients a full range of gaming solutions and network services as well as the complete product offering of Shuffle Master and its gaming machine subsidiary Stargames. Melco and Shuffle Master recently formed the Gaming Technology Alliance for the Asian gaming markets.
