The World Series of Poker 2006 is underway, and excitement is building up as each day comes closer to the main event. Gone are the 4 days of the World Series as the maximum 8,000 entrants are expected. Day 1 will be broken up into 4 days and day 2 will be broken up into 2 days.
?This years WSOP 2006 main event is scheduled for July 28th at Noon (PST) and the buy-in is the regular and measly $10,000. Phil Ivey has been listed as the favorite to win this year, and the number of no name poker players grows each year. Amazingly, it is not too late to qualify for a seat through satellites. There are still plenty of opportunities to get into this years main event for cheap.
The website http://www.poker-online-poker.info is running a world series of poker 2006 last minute satellite page for those who want to get into the big show while it still isn't too late.
Poker online info has listed the latest satellites for WSOP 2006 on their website at http://www.poker-online-poker.info/wsop2006.html
There's still another week of hardcore satellites to pound out, so get in at a bargain. Anything less than $10,000 for a WSOP 2006 seat, is a steal!
